A Weeklong Culinary Adventure

Chaa Creek is offering a unique oppotunity to learn Caribbean cuisine with a tropical twist this fall. The weeklong cooking courses combines rainforest and reef adventures with hands-on culinary instruction by an internationally recognized chef.

Originally from Holland with extensive experience working at many five-star hotels in the Caribbean, award winning Chef Rob says:

"With this course I want to share some of the techniques that I have learned over the years while having a good time being creative".

Extra ingredients to add more flavor to the culinary adventure include rainforest and reef activities such as hiking, horseback riding and mountain bikingon jungle trails, visits to the Mayan Temple sites, canoeing on the Macal river and snorkeling on the largest barrier reef in the Western Hemisphere.

The culinary adventure consists of four nights at the award winning Chaa Creek and three nights at the luxurious Victoria House in San Pedro, Albergris Caye.
