The accommodations are varied here and sure to please you. Surrounded by ten acres of tropical flowers and fauna are Plantation rooms and suites, charming Palapa Casitas and three private Villa's, all fully air-conditioned and most with beach views. A lovely beachfront swimming pool is the perfect gathering place to relax, indulge in a fresh seafood lunch and soak up some island sunshine. On the hotel's pier is Fantasea Dive Center where Javier Williams, Victoria House Activities Coordinator, is ready to facilitate your day trips, arrange your reef and fly-fishing guides and incredible Belize diving and snorkeling experiences.

ACCOMODATIONS CASITAS: Greet a stunning sunrise from the private verandah of charming thatch-roofed casita. Each one is decorated with locally handcrafted mahogany beds draped in custom mosquito netting allowing you to enjoy the cool evening breezes, for those that prefer air-conditioning each Casita is centrally cooled. Facing the Caribbean there are ten units facing a white sand beach and a wide expanse of verdant lawn and bougainvillea. The Casitas are available with a queen or two singles beds in each cottage. PLANTATION: Eight Plantation Rooms are located in two unique buildings facing the beach surrounded by tropical bougainvillea and hibiscus filled gardens and tall swaying palms. Each room features a private entrance and verandahs with lovely views of the pool and beach. All rooms have plantation style interiors with either a queen or king size bed draped in custom-made linen canopies. Another six Plantation rooms are available in the villas and main hotel. All Plantation Rooms are fully air-conditioned. PLANTATION SUITES: Both Plantation Suites, 16 and 12, are located on the second level of the main building and offer a bright and spacious parlor with separate king size bedrooms; the custom made Mahogany beds with luxurious down pillows and tropical weight duvets are draped in our signature mosquito canopies. Each suite has central air conditioning and is accessed by a wrap around verandah that is shared by three Staterooms; from Plantation suite 16 there is a garden view and from suite 12 there is a pool and beach view. THE RAINFOREST SUITE: OR Honeymoon Suite, an individual Casita set approximately fifty feet from the waters edge. The suite features a wrap around verandah fully furnished with chaise lounge and sofas. The Mahogany French doors across the entire front of the suite open the beach to the bedroom. The private Casita boasts an oversized bedroom with a magnificent four-poster bamboo bed facing the beach providing all the views of the Caribbean you could wish for. Local art wall frescos of whimsical flora and fauna evoke a feeling of being in the rainforest. CASA PLAYA BLANCA: This lovely two-bedroom villa with vaulted hardwood ceilings is located on white sand, palm-shaded beach. The villa boasts two master bedrooms and living room all opening to a spacious semi-circle deck on the beach providing the perfect spot to enjoy an island sunrise as it breaks over the barrier reef. Although the bedrooms mirror each other in size, one features a king bed and the other two queen beds all draped in our signature linen canopies. The bedrooms may be closed off from the living area and reserved as a Master Suite (the bedroom plus living area). Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. CASA DEL SOL: Just next-door to Playa Blanca is a spacious fully air-conditioned traditional plantation style house. The ground floor is home to the master bedroom and features a customized bamboo queen bed and a large en suite bathroom with a Mexican style walk-in shower and double vanity. The living room, dining room and kitchen all open to a oversized covered verandah furnished with locally crafted wicker and mahogany furniture. Upstairs, two privately accessed bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and a choice of, one king bed or queen and twin bedding. Each room has a balcony overlooking the beach and magnificent barrier reef. The lower level of this lovely casa can be taken as a Master Suite with the bedroom, kitchen & living area. The two upstairs rooms may be sold separately as Plantation rooms.

VILLAS & INFINITY SUITES ONE BEDROOM INFINITY SUITE: The two, one-bedroom suites are approximately 1176 sq feet with a spacious living room, dining area and full kitchen. Each has a private terrace with great views of the pool and beach. Upstairs the suite features an oversize master bedroom, king size canopied bed, double vanities, walk in showers, living area and a large furnished private verandahs in both front and back of suite. Perfect for watching sunset and sunrise! TWO BEDROOM INFINITY SUITE: The views from the suite include the new infinity edge pool and towards the beach (approx 150 feet away). The two bedroom infinity suites feature a full kitchen, living area, queen canopied bed guestroom with a full bath on the ground level. Upstairs an oversized master suite with a canopied king bed, double vanity bath with walk in showers and furnished private verandahs. TWO BEDROOM VILLAS: The new section of Victoria House offers three exquisite villas. Each villa is one level and features two large bedrooms, each with a king size canopied beds, 2 luxurious bathrooms boasting indoor and outdoor showers in complete privacy, spacious living area, dining area and full kitchen with furnished private terraces overlooking the infinity edge pool, tropical thatch roofs and the beach.

	CASA AZUL All Casa Azul guests receive the exemplary and very friendly services and amenities of Victoria House and is located only 75 yards from the hotel lobby and restaurant. KING PLANTATION ROOMS: Three luxury Plantation Rooms are located on the second level of the villa.  Each room is accessed from an oversized shared verandah, which offers lovely views of the house pool and beach. All three rooms have Caribbean, plantation style interiors featuring a custom king size Mahogany poster beds, vaulted ceilings and large private bathrooms with bathtubs.  These rooms can also be combined with the main level living room, dining and kitchen, allowing access to them by an interior circular staircase. TOWER SUITE: The only one of it’s kind on the island…a private entrance brings the guest from beach level to the second floor where the master bathroom is located comprising of a walk-in shower, a double vanity and Jacuzzi tub. An open Mahogany staircase then winds up to the third level master suite featuring vaulted ceilings, a king size four-poster Bamboo bed draped in a custom mosquito canopy. Both the bedroom and sitting area open to a private verandah with panoramic views of sunrise and sunset and the second largest barrier reef in the western hemisphere. The Tower Suite can also be combined with the main level living room, dining room and kitchen. STUDIO APARTMENT: On the Northern side of the house, with it’s own private entrance, is the Studio apartment. Consisting of two rooms with a double bed and a queen bed. The apartment has an en-suite bathroom and can be rented separately.

Dining at Victoria House can be as romantic or as casual as you desire. There are three different options for you to choose from depending on the time of day and ambience you want. Restaurant Palmilla overlooks the pool and the beautiful Caribbean; it is fully air-conditioned. The Poolside patio is perfect for al fresco dining, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner the patio is located just outside the restaurant. Admiral Nelsons Beach Bar is a lovely Belizean style Palapa thatch roof bar and casual dining verandah. Only a few feet from the waters edge and pier it is the prime spot to watch divers and fishermen return with their catch of the day and their tall tales of the one that got away.

The ambiance of Victoria House provides the perfect setting for planning and later, reflecting upon your days' fishing, exploring, or underwater adventures. SNORKELING: Definitely worth a visit is the Hol Chan Marine reserve, perhaps our most famous snorkeling destination. Established in May of 1987, this entire area is literally a natural aquarium. In the Maya tongue, hol chan means small channel. The entire reserve consists of only 5 square miles and is adjacent to the Marco Gonzalez archaeological site. Diving or snorkeling this unique area will give you the opportunity to see myriads of colorful reef inhabitants going about their business seemingly oblivious to visitors. DIVING: Come discover one of the wonders of the natural world, the Great Belize Barrier Reef. It's the longest such eco-system in the northern Hemisphere and a living treasure, rich with uncounted species of colorful fish, aquatic plants and coral. With the exception of excursions to the Blue Hole and the outer atolls, the majority of our diving is done on and around the reef , which on Ambergris Caye is no further than half a mile from the shore. A combination of cuts, canyons and caverns, some of which are visible from the air as you approach the San Pedro Airport. FISHING: Belizean waters are justifiably world renowned for sportfishing. Whether your tastes run to landing dinner for your table after a day on the reef, the thrill of hooking a huge game-fish in deep water, or light tackle and fly-fishing for tarpon and bonefish on "The Flats", you'll find our guides are some of the best in the country. Many of our guests have returned year after year for the opportunity of fishing with their favorite guide. You may be back next year for the same reason.
