Captain Sonny Kocsis is one of the most popular and talented captains in the area, having fished the waters of Costa Rica's North Pacific coast for the past 10 years. His boat is virtually always in the top three in the many tournaments it enters.

Rolando has been Captain for over 5 years and more than 10 being a 1st Mate, Oscar has 10 years as a Mate and 3 years on the WETASS II. Both make a good team always ready to take you fishing!
Sonny has trained his fellow Captains and Mates for many years to be quite capable of taking you on a awesome charter.
We do groups no matter how big or how many boats you need. We do full day fishing providing the anglers all fishing gear/tackle, etc.

We fish out of Carrillo Bay from January until May. Rest of the Year out of Flamingo Bay. Both areas are located on the pacific coast (North Pacific) look for Playa Carrillo and Playa Flamingo, Our guests can fly in into Liberia and drive to us.
Liberia-Flamingo 1 Hour drive
Liberia-Carrillo 2 hours
San Jose-Flamingo 5 hours drive or 45 minutes fly
San Jose-Carrillo 3 and 1/2 hours drive or 35 minutes fly
