Then off to the beach for sun and more golf at either the five star Meliá Playa Conchal Beach and Golf Resort on the Pacific Coast in northwestern Guanacaste Province or the equally luxurious Los Sueños Marriott Ocean and Golf Resort on the Central Pacific coast. From your room at the Meliá Cariari, only a short walk separates you from the first tee at the Cariari Country Club. This course is the result of the collaboration of two famous names in golf course design, George and Tom Fazio. The Cariari is a great course to walk and the excellent caddies add a special touch to your round. Off the course, enjoy the ambiance of the Cariari Conference Center & Golf Resort as well as the amenities of the Cariari Country Club (health club, Olympic size pool, tennis courts). Should you choose the Meliá Playa Conchal option, you will play the Garra de León Course, a Robert Trent Jones II masterpiece which surrounds the resort. Nearby is the Royal Pacific Golf & Country Club featuring a Ron Garl designed course that cuts through the hilly terrain overlooking Playa Grande and Hacienda Pinilla Golf Course designed by Mike Young and built adjacent to Playa Langosta. You can play either one of these two courses. Five diverse restaurants are situated on the resort premises. For nightlife, Meliá Playa Conchal offers a Casino and a disco. The nearby towns of Tamarindo and Flamingo beach add to your dining and entertainment options. We will provide a list of recommended restaurants. At luxuries and verdant Los Sueños Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort, you will enjoy playing a unique course created by Ted Robinson.
