TOURS DESCRIPTION

White Water Rafting Savegre River
(All year long)

This full day adventure includes an incredible 4/wheel drive journey which takes you in to a very remote back country of the Río Savegre for a 4 hour guided Rafting trip with class II / III / IV rapids in rafts for 6 people. There are great swimming holes and a large variety of birds and primary jungles ( egrets, toucans, osprey, parrots, kingfishers, and cormorants ). We will stop in a little village called “ Río Blanco ” for a Tico style lunch in a thatched roof restaurant with great views and a nature path. We also stop at some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the area with many blooming heliconias in this shady garden of Eden.

Time : 8:00 am - Full Day. Requirements : Children over 10 + relative fit adults who can paddle & walk over rocks you need to wear river sandals or water shoes, bathing suit, sun protection, t-shirt, hat.

White Water Rafting Naranjo River
(Only from June to November)

A Class III / IV half day challenge for more experienced paddlers. The Naranjo drops steeply from the mountains above Quepos, though a beautiful jungle gorge and takes you on a wild ride to sea level passing nearby farmlands and palm plantations. Water levels can rise quickly on this river upping the difficulty and adrenaline levels, so rafters should be physically fit and adventurous. Fruits, snacks midway included.

Requirements : Good physical conditions. (kids over 13 years all). This is II closer river for guests staying in the Jaco & Los Sueños area.

Damas Island Mangrove Paddle

Paddle protected inland waterways, a perfect place to learn this magical way of exploring coastal mangrove areas and seeing wildlife. None of this trip is in the open ocean and the pace of this trip is according to your abilities. Lunch is at great seafood restaurant.

Manuel Antonio National Park

Have an experienced nature guide take you on an informative hike through the park. Our guides know where you are most likely to encounter sloths, monkeys etc. they will also provide a great deal of information on the history, flora and fauna during this easy 2 hour walk. Mid tour snacks and refreshments are offered and guests may remain in the park after the tour.

Damas Island Boat Tour

Don’t miss Isla Damas and its wonderful wildlife just because you don’t want to kayak. Treat yourself to a tour by boat in the estuary with a guide. There is great birding and wonderful vistas on this mangrove canals. We will also stop at the island to enjoy a nice walk on the beach. Then enjoy a restaurant lunch or dinner. Excellent chance to see animals and birds. (Caimans, Sloths, Crocodiles, Boas, White face monkeys, egrets, and much more.) Specially recommended for senior citizens.

Tocori Waterfall

This horseback riding tour is a half day, through a typical Costa Rican area called Villa Nueva, where you will have a good opportunity to see the local country side and jungle. This excellent tour is 30 minutes driving from Quepos, and includes 1 hour riding, also don’t forget your bathing suit to take a swim in a beautiful waterfall on the way. For birdwatchers we recommend going in the afternoon for a better chance to see toucans and some other exotic birds.

Carara National Park

Full day tour to Carara National Park is now accessible within an hour and a half drive from Quepos. We offer a two and a half hour hike with a naturalist guide through one of Costa Ricas most bio diverse natural parks. Large crocodiles lie below the Tarcoles bridge adjacent to the Park as well as great birding. This tour allows our visitors who haven't driven to Quepos a chance to see this interesting topography lined with rice fields & African palm plantations, also cattle ranching boarding some of Costa Ricas most famous coast line.

Nauyaca Waterfall*

Come with us to see the most beautiful waterfalls in the country! Cascading 25 & 40 meters into a 8 meters deep pool for swimming. The horseback tour offers you more contact with nature and a better chance of seeing wild life. Take you through the beautiful country side between Quepos and Dominical. Waverunner Tours

The guide commences the tour out to the open sea where there is space for the clients to safely familiarize themselves with the skis, and begin a search for dolphins and marine life.Though the sea doesn’t give any guarantee, they very frequently encounter dolphins, different types of fish and birds, and occasionally a few other surprises.

As the tour rounds Punta Quepos, they make a stop in front of Isla Larga to discuss and view the coastline, the islands, the wildlife and the current surroundings.From there the group makes its way down the coast towards Isla Oloquita, where they make another stop to see the famous Isla Verde, and the mouth of the Rio Naranjo.

The guide then leads the group around Punta Catedral and down the Manuel Antonio National Park coastline towards Biesanz Bay.  Here they make a brief stop to swim,  snorkel (water visibility is variable depending on season),  relax and enjoy some fruit and water prepared by the guide in this beautiful, temperate cove.

The final destination of our adventure follows the Playa Doctor coastline to view the marina, and finally back to the port where our crew is ready to help everybody board the platform.  Our taxi boat will transport the guests back to the pier approximately 2 hours from departure time.  There will be a taxi waiting to transport the guests back to their hotel.

The tour leaves four times a day at 8:30am, 11:00am, 1:30pm and 4:00pm.

Catamaran Island Adventure / Sunset Sail

Your adventure aboard our sail ships begins as you sail down the scenic coast, past the beautiful beaches and islands of Manuel Antonio Park.
As the boats glides quietly under sail you’ll probably see dolphins which frequently swim in the boat’s bow wake. Occasional whales and giant sea turtles are a special thrill, and the ever present abundance of sea birds are enjoyed by even the most avid wildlife enthusiast.

Our professional crew will guide you through this aquatic paradise while attending to your safety and comfort. They will personally serve you plentiful portions of delicious food, in the tradition of the great cruise ships but with a homemade touch. Good cooled beer, long drinks and soft drinks are included.

On the morning and sunset cruise you will stop in a scenic jungle bay where you can swim or snorkel in the calm, refreshing water. All of your snorkel gear is provided just bring a towel and your swim dress with you. Also necessary is, that you have a good sun protection crème.

On the sunset sail, after dinner, you may view one of the often spectacular sunsets. It is truly a romantic ending to a memorable day in paradise.

We offer two distinctly different catamarans for your island adventure. The Tom Cat is a roomy and comfortable 60-footer with a capacity of up to 50 passengers. The boat is partially roofed, providing a large shaded area with plenty of banquette seating. The bow of the boat features an open air trampoline deck and additional banquette seating. The Tom Cat is an exceptionally stable and smooth-riding boat, perfect for the customer that wants a bit of comfort during the tour.

The Spanish Dancer is a 38-foot MacGregor sport catamaran with a capacity of 16 passengers. This boat is a fast and maneuverable craft and recommended for those who like being closer to the elements and truly enjoy the feel of the sun on your face and the sea air in your lungs.

Dive Trip

Pick up times are scheduled 45 minutes prior to the dive time.
The dive times are 8:30am & 1:00pm. For clients taking our Discover Scuba Diving Course or involved with other courses, Pick up time may be as early as 7:00am.

The dive shop is the first stop: all divers must complete some simple paperwork. This is a PADI guideline. At this time we also get equipment sizing if it wasn’t taken on the reservation phone call.

Within a few minutes the divers will be on their way to the pier where the dive team will welcome them on the boat. All gear will be prepared and ready for the divers.

The first dive site is within 15 to 25 minutes. As we leave the pier the PADI Certified Dive master or Instructor onboard will brief the divers as to where the dive site is and their expectations. Divers begin to suit up, and go down for their first dive.

Upon completion of the first dive the divers have fruits, juices & water during the surface interval, along with a fresh water shower.

Surface time is spent cruising the Manuel Antonio waters, visiting with the Dolphins & the Whales, as we cruise around the park. Within 30 to 45 minutes we are ready for dive #2 at a different dive site. Once again the divers will get a briefing from the Divemaster.

Upon completion of dive #2 the boat begins its return to the pier; transportation will be waiting for the clients. There will be a brief stop at the dive shop for divers to complete logbooks, then back to your hotel.

Fun Dive: for certified divers, includes total equipment package. 2-tank dive.

Discover Scuba Diving Course: 5 hours with instruction & dives, includes scuba lesson at the pool, with 2 ocean dives. Must dive with dive instructor no deeper then 40ft/12mtr. All equipment included.

Canopy Safari

Canopy Safari caters to the free spirit in all of us. Our trip is designed to immerse you in a world of adventure and discovery with 17 platforms, 9 zip lines and 3 rappels.

This trip is for anyone over the age of 5, adventurous and in moderate physical condition. So don’t let age or ability be a barrier.


The ride up to the canopy is about forty minutes, and during the ride our guides will eventually stops to teach you about the area. The journey is full of birds, butterflies and tropical vegetation everywhere. After arriving at our ranch house on a knoll overlooking an incredible hidden round valley. You will enjoy a traditional Costa Rican landscape and get to know your guides and the other people experiencing the canopy tour.

You will glide from platform to platform while secured to a cable which connects them. Since you are actually in the Canopy of the Rainforest all the magical wonders that are hidden from the ground are uncovered. This kind of encounter with nature very few people get a chance to experience.

After flying through the trees, you will take a hike along a magical nature trail that lead you through a wondrous forest filled with many different tropical birds, plants and flowers, toucans, blue morpho butterflies, and poison dart frogs.
