This Costa Rica Surf package is for those who want to stay on the Central Pacific Coast but do not want to surf the same are the whole time in Costa Rica. With this surf package you will drive your 4x4 vehicle 2 hours out of San Jose until you get to the town of Playa Hermosa. You will spend your first 4 nights surfing here at the Fuego del Sol hotel, located right on the beach and in front of a very consistent beach break.

Since you will have your 4x4 and you right down the road from Jaco, be sure to take advantage of the bars and restaurants this town has to offer.

Your other 3 days will be spent in Dominical at the hotel Villas Rio Mar, about a 3 hour drive south of Hermosa. This will give you a chance to surf another area of Costa Rica without losing too much time driving. Dominical has a great point break and is a town well known for its surf friendly atmosphere.

As with all surf packages at Tico Travel, this package can also be modified to fit your schedule, so if you can only stay for 5 days or maybe you want to stay 10 just let your Tico Travel surf advisor know.

You must be 21 to rent vehicle and have a major credit card in your name to secure the deposit.
Car rental includes taxes, unlimited mileage & the basic insurance.
We recommend for more than 2 people taking the Rav-4 as you will have more room.
