Intermediate Surfers Course Include:

• Qualifications
  Students in this program are expected to have tried surfing before and can stand up on most attempts. Students should feel comfortable paddling out on a surfboard in waist to chest high waves.
  
  
• Focus
  This course focuses on getting students standing up consistently in all conditions. Students will learn skills to turn left and right and go down the line on the wave. Students will start to learn wave judgment.
  
  
• Course Outline
  Daily surf instruction with a certified WRSC surf instructor, either in-water instruction or via video analysis or both. Daily in-class surf seminar, touching on many topics of surfing including "surfing etiquette", "predicting waves", "surfboard repair", "the history of surfing", plus other topics. Unlimited use of all WRSC surfboards for the duration of your course.
  
  Graduation surf tour to a local surf break with your classmates and instructors. WRSC-led non-surfing activities included in this program. Other non WRSC-led non-surfing activities are also included with discount prices for all WRSC guests. Nightly accommodation at the WRSC Resort. Breakfast included daily.
  
 
• Round-trip airport transportation included from the Tamarindo Airport.

This program has a suggested Saturday-to-Saturday program schedule. However, guests can start this program on any day of the week. Guests can enroll for more or less than 7 days. Groups of two or three guests sharing accommodations and booking different packages apply for the double or triple rate.
