Day 1 - On arrival you will be met and transferred from the International airport to the Real Intercontinental where a Deluxe Room awaits you. Your stay at the Real Intercontinental will include a Buffet Breakfast. Days 2 - On the second day you will be guided thru the Panamerican Highway South, to start ascending the large “Iztaru”. On the top of the volcano you can observe the main craters and on a clear day both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans can be seen. As we descend to the city of Cartago we will stop at the Virgin of the Angels Basilica, after visiting the Basilica we will visit the Lankester Gardens, a flora investigation center.We will continue on to the Valley of Orosi where we will be able to visit one of the few remaining colonial churches and we will stop for lunch in one of the local restaurants. Return to Best Western Irazu for second night. Day 3 & 4 - Early in the morning of the third day your Toyota Rav 4x4 will be delivered to the Real Intercontinental for the beautiful three hour drive to Arenal Volcano. You will spend the third and fourth nights at Mountain Paradise in an Junior Suite, breakfast included. Days 5 -7 - Drive down to the Pacific Coast and spend three nights at La Mansion Inn. Its exceptional hilltop location more than 1150 feet above the ocean, combined with turn-of-the century sytle, gives La Mansion Inn a unique position among the resorts, hotels and restaurants of Costa Rica. Day 8 - Drive back to San Jose. Spend your last night at the Real Intercontinental. Your vehicle will be picked up at the hotel in the afternoon. Day 9 - After checking out you will be transfer to the International Airport for your flight back home. This package includes: 3 nights at the Real Intercontinental in a Deluxe Room. 2 nights at the Mountain Paradise in a Junior Suite. 3 nights at Hotel La Mansion Inn a Deluxe Room. All hotel taxes.
