Thursday

Various Arrive in Costa Rica. You will be picked up at San Jose International Airport and transferred to the beautiful Melia Cariari Hotel.

Friday

6:30 AM Breakfast and orientation covering the areas we will be visiting today, pricing and amenities along with features for investing.

9:00 AM We leave for the Central Pacific Coast to begin a comprehensive tour of pre-selected investment grade properties. You will receive a tailored presentation of product, availability in all price ranges and the best slant on each product as an investment. We will arrive at the first location around 10:45 and we will visit 2 properties before lunch.

12:30 AM Lunch at a typical restaurant in the area and a sum up of first projects visited. Q&A period

1:30 PM After lunch we will be viewing 4 more re-selected investment grade projects. A nice mix with Ocean views and well planned amenities.

5:15 PM Check in to the Costa Verde Hotel located on a coastal rainforest bluff overlooking the Pacific beaches of Manuel Antonio National Park.

6:00 PM Meet for cocktails and a summary of the projects visited today.

7:00 PM Dinner at the hotel.

Saturday

7:00 AM Breakfast and orientation covering the areas we will visit today, pricing and amenities along with features for investing.

8:00 AM Our first stop will be Vistas de Manuel Antonio. We will arrive at 8:40. This is a very special project that is off the main highway. We'll go five minutes to a small Pueblo and continue on a pretty jungle drive over 1.5 miles of good road to the gates. The project will feature nice entry with cobblestone streets and has smashing ocean views and is priced better than anything in the area for the views and location.

10:15 AM Next we go to Palo Seco, a new discovery that still has upside and is a perfect location for a vacation home. See a fine project with a lot of upside for the pre-construction buyer.

12:15 PM Lunch in nearby Esterillos Beach with a sampling of the beautiful beaches in the area. There will be a discussion on the products visited and a preview of what is ahead for the afternoon.

1:30 PM Then we proceed to a lifestyle project that has it all. A place to invest, vacation or retire. It's all here from Equestrian, beach club, ocean activities, golf, surfing, health spa and gymnasium. The town center features many shops for services and products.

2:30 PM Next we visit a project in the very popular Hermosa beach area with views overlooking the Pacific that are incomparable. A nice mix of lots, condos and homes for sale.

4:00 PM Last we will tour a very interesting project that is completely set in nature featuring ocean views, large river lots, valley views and more. This one of the most relaxing locations and close to everything. Priced perfectly. Definitely investment grade property.

6:00 PM A cocktail gathering for Q&A. and a review of all properties.

7:00 PM Dinner at the hotel.

Sunday

6:30 AM Breakfast at the hotel and again we will have a complete orientation covering all of the areas to be visited in detail. This will clearly outline the benefits and potential of each product and location.

7:30 AM After breakfast we will take the scenic two hour drive back to the DoubleTree Cariari Hotel.

10:00 AM After checking in we begin our tour of selected properties in the central valley which will include the very popular areas of Escazu, Santa Ana and Puriscal.

12:30 PM Lunch - Q&A about patterns and the path of growth.

1:30 PM Inspect Orchid Point, a project that is the perfect solution to the overcrowding and traffic congestion of the capital set in one of the best climates in the world. A great place to invest or build your retirement home.

3:30 PM Tour areas west of the capital to get a feel for shopping, dining and services available which add value to the properties in this fast growing area.

6:30 Attorney briefing on taking title, concession land, the Patriot Act as it relates to investing here, use of self directed IRA's, and repatriating investment back to your country.
