Day 1: ARRIVE - San Jose Airport ‘Meet & Greet’ and transfer to selected San Jose hotel for overnight.

Day 2: SAN JOSE-MOUNTAIN BIKING-TURRIALBA - Enjoy a full day of Mountain Biking in the Cartago or Turrialba area. You will be able to explore the beautiful countryside as you ride your bikes. Generally we bike between 3 and 5 hours depending on conditions. Overnight in Turrialba at selected Hotel. (B,L)

Day 3: PACUARE WHITEWATER RAFTING, CLASS III-IV - A day of thrilling whitewater rafting on the Pacuare River, a trip of unsurpassed beauty, exuberant wildlife and great rapids. Along its course lie several densely vegetated gorges, which shelter ocelots, monkeys, sloths and a large variety of birds. Warm water and breathtaking scenery combine to make an unforgettable trip. Though there are Class IV (intermediate) rapids on this river, an adventurous first-time rafter will find it thoroughly enjoyable. Overnight in Turrialba at selected Hotel. (B,L)

Day 4: TURRIALBA-SAN JOSE-MANUEL ANTONIO - After breakfast depart Turrialba and transfer to San Jose’s local Airport to board flight to Quepos. Upon arrival short transfer to your Hotel in Manuel Antonio for overnight at selected Hotel. (B)

Day 5: MANUEL ANTONIO NATIONAL PARK - Morning tour to Manuel Antonio National Park (except Mondays when park is closed). Miles of sandy white beaches have made this one of the most popular parks in the national parks system. You will be able to view migrating marine birds, monkeys among the abundant wildlife inside the Park as the jungle of the national park reaches down to the beach. Overnight in Manuel Antonio at selected Hotel. (B)

Day 6: CANOPY SAFARI ZIP LINES - Canopy Safari tour will provide a thrilling adventure as you traverse from tree to tree and platform to platform, using pulleys on horizontal traverse cables, to sail through the treetops and over the trails far below you. Return to your hotel for overnight. (B,L)

Day 7: SAN JOSE-OUTRIGGER KAYAK-MANUEL ANTONIO - Depart in the morning from Manuel Antonio for transfer to San Jose. En route you will enjoy the Outrigger Kayaking tour. Paddle through the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean, a perfect way to appreciate the nature and beautiful scenery of the Pacific coastline. Beautiful rock formations and many tropical sea birds like frigate birds and pelicans, occasional boobies. Your kayak or outriggers guide will take you to a great place for snorkeling, where you will be surrounded by a wide variety of tropical fish. Continue to San Jose for a mid to late afternoon arrival. Overnight in San Jose at selected Hotel. (B,L)

Day 8: DEPARTURE - Airport transfer for return flight home. (B)
