Convenient drop off - You may pick up or drop off your car at the international airport or at any hotel in the metropolitan area.

Free Drop Off or Pick Up Program - We can deliver your vehicle to your hotel, or airport in San José at no extra charge. If you need us to deliver the car out of San José we have free pick up/drop off in our regional offices, which are located near the International Airport, in Liberia, Tamarindo, Flamingo, Conchal, Papagayo, Jaco, Manuel Antonio, Ciudad Quesada, Arenal / La Fortuna, Del Coco Beach, Grande Beach, Hermosa Beach, Panamá Beach and Sugar Beach. There is also no extra cost if you are coming from Tortuguero and need the car to be delivered at the dock.

An extra fee will be applied if the drop off or pick up location is not listed as part of the free drop program (Click here to get more information)

Regular Insurance Information - When you rent a car with us, we ask for a guarantee deposit of us$750.00 by credit card. All our cars are covered by Insurance Protection: Collision Damage Waiver and part of the damages to third parties with the following coverage:
- Liability coverage for persons death is one million dollars. This coverage does not have deductible.
- Liability for damages to third parties properties have a deductible of 20% of the damages. Insurance company covers the rent a car in case of an accident up to the full amount of the car's value. Although us$750.00 deductible applies. For roll over and combination of the other events up to the full amount of the car's value and also applies a deductible of us$750.00

Deductible Insurance Information - We also offer an additional option for insurance called: Deductible Insurance
If you'd like to take this insurance, please add U$17.00 per day in any car category, and the guarantee deposit is only U$100.00 by credit card. This insurance covers the deductible of the C.D.W and the theft insurance. It also covers all the parts of the vehicle.

Global Positioning System Service - Optional rental service of GPS system will aid tourists as the y travel through Costa Rica, help to locate hotels, restaurants, service stations, cities, towns and much more places. All the GPS units are programmed in many languages (spanish, english, french, german and others). The cost of this service is as low as us$6 per day (taxes included). A us$300 deposit is required in order to reserve your system in the vehicle.
