VANTRANS was founded in 1985 when the cruise passenger ships started to call Costa Rica that year. Our manager had a good relationship with a company that was operating these ships, then they needed air-conditioned vans for private services to passengers, crew members, executives and technicians.

Later, this service was extended to other shipping companies like banana, oil, paper and general cargo carriers, and at last to travel agencies. Today, VANTRANS is a responsible, honest, and punctual company working directly with CentralAmerica.Com, Corp.

Our drivers are not tourist guides, but they know all the country and are able to recommend and give clients the best options. Their main purpose is to make a comfortable and pleasant trip to clients during their vacation. Schedules with us are flexible, leavings times are always decided by the customers.
