Day 1: Transfer Aiport - Hotel
Arrival at Managua International Airport. Short transfer with the shuttle bus to your Hotel located 2 kilometers away.

Day 2, Wednesday: Managua – City Tour – Leon Viejo - Leon
In the morning we will begin with a City Tour of Nicaragua’s main City : Managua, where one third of the whole population lives. We will visit the former center of the City as well as the "new" Managua. Than, we will drive to the North along Lake Managua, enjoying the impressive views to the volcanic chain especially the Momotombo volcano. On the way we will stop at Leon Viejo ruins and learn about the rich colonial history of the country. Continuation of our drive to the Leon of today and former capital of Nicaragua. At afternoon, we will start for a cultural walking tour in the historic center of Leon visit the famous Cathedral, the bishop Palace and the Ruben Dario Museum.

Day 3, Thursday: Leon - Masaya Volcano - Masaya Market – Catarina - Granada
After breakfast we will continue the visit of Leon. Then, we will start travelling and reach National Park Volcano Masaya. Here we will drive up hill and arrive just at the border of crater Santiago where we observe the impressive activity of this volcano. At visitor center we will learn about volcanoes and sismology in Central America. Continuation to the town of Masaya where we will have the opportunity to get immersed in the daily life of the Nicaraguan people, visiting the popular market of Masaya. Shopping is tremendous here. You can find all traditional handicrafts Nicaragua at very reasonable prices. Before arriving to our hotel in the colonial town of Granada, we will stop by the town of Catarina best known for specializing in growing ornamental plants. We will also enjoy the unique view over Apoyo Lagoon and the whole region.

Day 4, Friday: Granada City tour and Isletas
After our breakfast we will start for a walk through the historic center of Granada, the oldest town in Americas mainland, visiting the most important monuments like the Cathedral, San Francisco convent and its Pre-Columbian statue collection, the Merced Church and the famous "Casa de Los Leones". At afternoon, we will drive to the Great Lake Nicaragua where we will enjoy our excursion to the natural and romantic "Isletas", an archipelago of 350 little islands just offshore Granada. After this refreshing boat tour enjoying also the tropical vegetation and bird life, we will return to Granada and continue our city tour. The night is free at your disposal to enjoy one of the famous bars with the Latino flavour on your own.

Day 5, Saturday: Granada - San Jorge - Insel Ometepe
After breakfast, we will drive to port of San Jorge located at the South of Lake Nicaragua. From here, we will take the ferry to the volcanic island of Ometepe. After about one hour drive, we will reach Ometepe main town Moyogalpa. From here, we will drive along a unique route, passing several villages and reach Playa Santo Domingo. Here, we will enjoy our lunch with view on the Lake. We will also have the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing bath before we start to our Finca located on the flanks of the Maderas volcano. We will pass several banana plantations as well as traditional and colorful towns. We will also enjoy a nice walk observing the Petroglyphs, testimony of the strong Indio activities in the past, before reaching our rustic but clean “Finca” for the next night.

Day 6, Sunday: Finca El Porvenir – Moyogalpa - San Jorge – "Los Pueblos" - Managua
After our breakfast taken in the Lodge rancho with impressive views of the Concepcion Volcano and Lake Nicaragua, we depart early and continue to reach the main town of the island, Moyogalpa. Back to the mainland, we will drive on the Pan-American Highway to Managua passing the road of “the Pueblos” like Jinotepe, San Marcos, Masatepe, enjoying the pineapple plantation of the region. Arrival in Managua and End of our services. (B)
