Weekly Costa Rica Flight/Airline Update (October 14, 2020)

Oct 14, 2020

Costa Rica flight information update: Latest weekly update for flight/airline info into and out of Costa Rica during the coronavirus pandemic as of October 14, 2020.

The first Iberia flight from Madrid arrived on August 3. Since then, Lufthansa, United Airlines, American Airlines, and Copa have also restarted operations, albeit limited.  You’ll see these airlines in bold. We’ll keep updating this list on a weekly basis until everything is in bold.

British Airways, Edelweiss, KLM, and United have all made changes since last week. British Airways has brought its restart date forward a few days while Edelweiss and KLM have abandoned their expected restarts for now. It’s possible that as Europe looks at another lockdown, more airlines from there will cancel.

On a positive note United have added more restart dates from other US hubs as the United States fully opens up from November 1.
