Finding an Architect in Costa Rica: The Richard Hammond Interview

In a series of videos about Costa Rica real estate, travel agent Richard Bexon talks to those in the know about all things property-related. In this video/podcast, he talks about finding an architect in Costa Rica with Richard Hammond from the Inverse Project.

As a travel pro in Costa Rica, there’s a lot I need to learn about real estate. So I launched a series of YouTube videos where I chat to real estate professionals around Costa Rica.

I’m trying to learn something myself about what’s going on in Costa Rican real estate, and if my videos can help you learn something as well, then that’s all good.

In this episode, I speak to Richard Hammond from the Inverse Project, Costa Rica’s best and most innovative architecture consultancy. Richard is a South African architect who’s worked on some of the most creative designs in Costa Rica and around the world over the past two decades, including the Costa Rica Museo de Oro and the new Costa Rica Covention Center.

His work isn’t just confined to large, public projects, though. Richard also designs some of the most beautiful tropical homes and business premises you’ll find in this part of the world.

If you’re interested in dcsigning and building a home in Costa Rica, watch the above video and meet Richard. If you prefer a podcast format to a video, you’ll find that below:

Watch/listen to Richard and I talk about designing and building a home in Costa Rica. Anyone interested in tropical architecture beach will find this essential.
